Detailed Use Instructions: STEP 1: Thoroughly clean the surface with Rapid Tac and a kitchen paper towel. Do not use any other cleaners or solvents. STEP 2: Spray the surface again with Rapid Tac, peel the backing off the decal, and place it on the wet surface. STEP 3: Position the decal. Use a squeegee to remove the fluid, applying a good deal of pressure and working from the center outwards in all directions. STEP 4: Wait 2 to 3 minutes. If there is a paper cover tape, saturate it with Rapid Tac and then remove it. Wipe the surface with a paper towel.
